  • Devise multi-channel campaigns to support the business' commercial objectives and brand positioning
  • Manage the implementation, tracking, measurement and reporting of marketing campaigns
  • Brief and oversee the marketing campaigns to external (creative / media) agencies
  • Manage project budgets i.e. share accurate budget reporting on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure the brands creative identity is adhered to in all campaign materials
  • Deliver regular reports on KPI's and campaign results
  • Ensure accuracy of all content, regulatory compliance and manage the approval process


  • Track record of B2C campaign marketing with a track record of delivery in a regulated environment
  • Experience of delivery through 3rd parties /agencies
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge and experience (Performance) or
  • Strong, data-led direct marketing experience (Customer)
  • Budget management, project management and campaign evaluation
  • Sound commercial judgement and the ability to write effective briefs and judge creative
