Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify, prioritise and engage new opportunities within the B2B portfolio
  • Lead business insight customer engagements and ensure client satisfaction, managing projects through scoping, production and delivery
  • Work in close collaboration with the Marketing team to build integrated B2B marketing plans and strategies, driving actionable insights to be included in marketing activity
  • Provide insights to support client management with key contract renegotiations, and demonstrate value to external clients
  • Leveraging insights to support the marketing and Insights team with key projects to drive growth and merchant satisfaction NPS
  • Work in close partnership with the insight team to develop customized and automated business insights solutions for merchants

Requirements:

  • Strong track record in insight in a large corporate would be an advantage
  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) preferably in marketing
  • SAS / SQL experience would be an advantage
  • Strong commercial mindset and acumen
  • Highly developed analytical skills with proven experience in managing and manipulating large amounts of consumer data to deliver compelling qualified strategic and marketing insights for senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex projects in a clear and powerful manner to a broad range of senior customer stakeholders
  • Ability to understand merchant needs and consultatively guide them to select the relevant business solution
  • UK experience essential
