An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development / Customer Experience Manager to join well-known commercial real estate in London.

This is truly exciting opportunity for someone who would like to make an impact and accelerate their career quickly. Reporting directly into Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will help differentiate the company as an innovator, providing tailored environments for its customers, while delivering value to all stakeholders. The focus of this role is to drive non-rental income and seek ways to add value to the brand and customer offer, ensuring that they are constantly evolving their product portfolio.

The role:

  • Identify and access business development opportunities to drive growth and value for all stakeholders
  • Align Business Development Roadmap to company's annual plan
  • Build and manage strong working relationships with strategic partners
  • Explore the potential of Media opportunities where the company, their customers and third parties can advertise to the consumer base.

Your profile: -

  • Determined, creative, self-starter, self-motivator
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen
  • Experience gained within a similar role (ideally within real estate)
  • Highly numerate
  • Agency / Partner management
  • Internal stakeholder management
