Reporting directly in to head of the department, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the Business Development team to achieve the new business meetings and revenue targets.

The role:

  • Manage the business development team to ensure the team are working effectively and that KPIs are met (targets; activity levels; record keeping) and to ensure adherence to the Sales Strategy Document
  • Work closely with Marketing and the Sales Lead Generation Manager to develop marketing qualified leads in to sales qualified leads
  • Prospect for new sales opportunities within targeted market sectors
  • Profile and determine best approach to new prospects

Your profile:

  • Proven experience of working in a sales or account management role
  • Self-starter, passionate about motivating teams
  • ROI driven
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and time management skills
