This is an incredible opportunity to work for one of the UK's largest and most trusted retail brands within the Womenswear department as an Assistant Brand and Marketing Manager on a part time basis. You will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of their brand strategy and marketing plans.

This role is a 3 day a week job share (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Delivering end-to-end Customer communication journeys across all touch points; in-store, online and out of store.
  • Support the management of the marketing budgets and work with other internal teams to maximise ROI.
  • Be the voice of the customer, ensuring a customer-focused plan is executed across all touch points.
  • Support the development and delivery of integrated communications briefs, business strategies and marketing plans in order to deliver excellent customer experiences in-store, online and out of store.

Required experience:

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong budget management abilities.
  • Experience in a similar role working with an omnichannel mindset.
  • Strong customer insight and understanding experience preferably in a retail environment.

The successful candidate could earn up to £35,000 pa pro rata.
