Are you a senior marketer, interested in building and executing the marketing strategy for a rapidly growing technology brand? Backed by a global player, this brand is focused on niche, consumer technology within the luxury space. After receiving solid investment, the business has large global growth plans and they are seeking a Brand Director to set up a brand marketing function and align the marketing strategy to commercial objectives.

As the Brand Director, some of your accountabilities will be:

  • Creating a global brand plan, ensuring all aspects of product and marketing activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand, and are sufficient to reach the business objectives and targets
  • Creating an enduring brand equity and image that drives consumer loyalty and adoption, leading to increased sales and improved market value-share
  • Collaborating with Product Groups to assure that the innovation pipeline supports the brand strategy, and is sufficient to meet business objectives and targets
  • Championing the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals, and that key stakeholders are bought-in to the resourcing requirements to achieve success

Skills required:

  • A good understanding of consumer technology (software, hardware, devices or IOT)
  • A solid background of marketing and brand management in a matrix organization
  • Experience of leading campaign and communications development
  • The desire to set up a function from scratch, within an entrepreneurial environment able to not only build a strategy but execute when required.
  • Strong leadership skills.
