Biddable Media - Digital Awareness Supervisor (Contract)

Are you a Biddable Media specialist and keen to join one of the World's largest FMCG businesses?


You will be reporting to the Digital Awareness Manager and work within an exciting new digital function.

  • You will lead and manage day to day agency relationships
  • You will manage day to day communications with 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • You will check media plans, review external and internal proposals
  • You will set up and deliver direct programmatic & paid social campaigns, proactively recommending and implementing performance optimisations
  • You will traffic campaigns and assist in tracking set up and troubleshooting
  • You will provide in-depth analysis of results and actionable recommendations for performance improvement


You will have a proven track record in successfully managing programmatic video and display campaigns, with efficient hands-on experience. You will be a Biddable expert with equal experience across Paid Social & Paid Search.


  • 4 years+ experience using at least 2-3 market leading DSP solutions
  • Business KPI focus
  • Good knowledge of industry ecosystem and technology providers
  • Experience in working with a DCO solution for creative segmentation
  • Campaign trafficking and set up experience
  • Hands-on Paid Social experience across 1-2 market leading platforms
  • Self-starter, highly motivated to excel with minimal supervision
  • Data and insights driven with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


  • Ad Ops Experience
