Description

A large professional services firm is looking for a Bid Manager to help increase revenues and manage proposals and pitches. The Bid Manager will report into the Head of Bids and focus on developing the proposal/pitch plan and managing virtual teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with delivery teams to develop winning client proposals
  • Support proposals through market and client research
  • Develop creative proposal storyboards
  • Provide feedback and observations to delivery teams on performance
  • Organising feedback from clients
  • Deliver pitch coaching to delivery teams
  • Update internal system with feedback from teams and pitches
  • Facilitate workshops and organise minutes

Skills/Experience

  • Strong bids and proposals management experience
  • Excellent workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience of proposal storyboarding and structuring
  • Evidence of carrying out research to support the bids process
  • Experience of working in a deadline driven environment
  • Able to build rapport quickly
  • Delivered pitch training

The Bid Manager will receive a salary of between £50,000 - £65,000 with excellent benefits. The role is initially a 6-9 month FTC with a view to being made permanent.
