With 32 offices and a presence in over 20 countries this global events company is looking for a Business Analyst to support the Head of Best Practice in their London HQ. With breakout spaces, ping pong and company work socials this environment promotes a social and collaborative working culture.

You will review and add process to ensure that blueprints are being followed and best practice requirements are being met.

A key requirement for this role is to be able to communicate with multiple busy stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive best practice and assurance across the business.
  • Monitor results and provide insights to the senior management team
  • Drive continuous improvement and help create best practice initiatives across the business.

Experience:

  • Experience in a BA, Insights or PMO role.
  • Experience in delivering reporting and looking at best practice.
  • Proven experience dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Very clear English communication skills
