Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Marketing in managing the brand and shaping the marketing strategy of the business
  • Developing and running marketing operations to support the business's
  • Planning and executing integrated marketing plans to deliver on key KPIs, in line with the marketing
  • Driving lead generation and brand awareness building through introducer campaigns and micro-targeted
  • customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Managing campaign performance to optimise spend, improve effectiveness and report on results.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and managing relevant suppliers.
  • Managing the marketing budget in line with targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Solid track-record of delivery in client-side B2B marketing / demand generation
  • Executing commercially successful B2B marketing campaigns
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in either technology / FinTech / Consulting would be an advantage
  • Events management experience would be desirable
  • Great communication skills, and the ability to translate ideas into marketing actions and measurable objectives
  • The ability to lead marketing initiatives collaborating with stakeholders across the business
  • In depth knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign reporting
  • A good design eye and the ability to brief for strong content and creative
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment
  • UK experience
