Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with your division/brand to understand their sales requirements and challenges, and devise a comprehensive marketing strategy to help drive their organic growth (supported by the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing)
  • Fully map the customer journey, and plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns (acquisition, retention, cross-sell and up-sell) and sales enablement initiatives, utilising a variety of marketing channels, with the key objective of lead generation
  • Identify and implement new marketing trends, techniques and opportunities
  • Work with a variety of internal stakeholders to develop original and innovative content to improve SEO and increase brand awareness
  • Use a 'test and learn' approach to monitor key metrics and consistently analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in order to optimise performance, maximise results and ultimately drive revenue
  • With an analytical mindset, gather data insights and report them to the management team in a clear, concise and consistent way

Requirements:

  • Track record in implementing and managing marketing strategies and campaigns - on and offline
  • Strong digital marketing capability
  • Experience of SEO, PPC, paid social & display
  • Proficient with analytical tools and measurement of ROI
  • Experience of owning and leading marketing projects from scratch
  • Ideally, both B2B and B2C marketing experience
  • UK experience is essential
