Description

Your role:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships proving an in depth understanding for the business and its clients
  • Monitor and execute comprehensive, multichannel strategic initiatives for company clients
  • Identify and act on business generation opportunities
  • Responsible for account and project profitability whilst following company standards
  • Deliver and ensure delivery of excellent customer service
  • Manage financial resources and internal reporting, including; forecasting, budget tracking, and group account management

Your Profile:

  • Experience working in customer service or a client facing environment
  • Essential knowledge of lead generation campaigns
  • Have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Good attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Good leadership skills the motivates positive change
