This is a fantastic opportunity to join a marketing software company who specialise in providing enterprise data solutions to blue chip companies in the UK and Europe.

The Account Manager will be responsible for providing reactive and proactive support and managing each of their client's requirements on a day to day basis. They will have a good understanding of the clients overall data structure and their associated CRM and campaigns.

Key skills, roles and responsibilities:

  • Communicating with the development team the needs of the client through your research, conversations with the client and the line manager to create a written project brief.
  • Managing the projects by delegating tasks appropriately to be handled by the relevant teams.
  • Ensure that deadlines and budgets are met and not exceeded.
  • Keeping clients informed of the projects progression at all stages.
  • Interacting with the client, building strong relationships by being responsive and forthcoming to their needs on a daily basis.
  • Providing support to your line manager and the team. Work with the Account Director to become more proactive and therefore maximise profit margins.
  • A good understanding of our software, CRM and segmentation. Use our propriety software and be able to demonstrate its use to clients. Provide input to software development so it continues to improve over time.
  • You should have an understanding of segmentation to help clients target their customers and get the most from their software. If you so desire, they will support you towards the next level of responsibility and promotion to the level of Account Director.

The salary for the Account Manager is up to £30,000 depending on experience.

Based on achieving agreed goals for each a year a 10% bonus can be achieved.
