Description

Reporting to the Head of IR, and working closely with the VPs, you will plan, manage and execute strategies for a range of corporate clients, including roadshows, events and conferences, perception studies and digital content generation.

The Role:

  • Assist the Investor Relations team in arranging client roadshows and investor meetings.
  • Contribute to the gathering of feedback from investors following all meetings.
  • Provide seamless coordination with clients in terms of response time and client service.
  • Aid in preparing all pre meeting documents such as meeting invitations, schedules and follow up should this be required. This will require a high level of attention to detail.
  • Develop relationships with corporate brokers, financial PR advisors and professional investors in order to build our referral network of new clients.
  • Develop knowledge of the company and its services, its strengths and unique selling points.
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships across the company; analysts, research and sales.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to aid the team in daily activity, ensure tasks are completed with a high degree of accuracy, in a timely manner.
  • Attend client events such as meetings days and group lunches when requested.
  • Ensure enquiries from the investment community are handled quickly and precisely.
  • Update the Investor Relations team on any issues ahead of time to ensure good client management.

  • Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience gained in an administrative or client services environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
