Responsibilities will include:

  • Insures the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are achieved.
  • Bring in new business, network and create leads.
  • To drive client strategy and become the primary client contact for your key clients, ensuring the agency provides a lead agency role.
  • To drive business growth through existing clients, developing a proactive action plan.

Skills

  • Three to five years' experience on property or corporate B2B accounts with a strong focus on corporate B2B work.
  • An ability to operate comfortably across the property sector, working with construction companies architects, engineers and construction companies.
  • A track record of building strong client relationships, leading teams and delivering excellent results.
  • Strong media relations skills and media contacts plus stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong account management and client handling skills.
  • A flair for new business and a strong desire to progress career by winning new business.
