The successful candidate will work across the property clients and drive new business in this area. This newly created role has been created to accommodate for the ambitious plans for strong growth in 2017 and beyond. The position is based in London but this unique role offers opportunity to work with colleagues and clients on international campaigns.

As an Account Director / Account Manager your accountabilities will be:

  • Drive new customer acquisition
  • Account management of an existing client portfolio within the property division
  • Leading and developing team

Skills and experience required:

  • Three to five years of account management experience within property sector (with the strong focus on corporate/ B2B work) with an already existing portfolio of property clients
  • Someone who can work on client accounts and campaigns and help drive new business
  • An excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain key relationships across property sector (including architects, engineers & construction companies)
  • Strong PR background
  • Hungry for opportunity and development
  • An ability to lead and develop teams
