This position plays a key role in leading the organisation's customer retention strategy, particularly in the initial stages of the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and business strategy experience from a large B2C organisation, ideally from Telecoms, Financial Services, Media or Utilities sector.
