Strategic Partnership Executive

A major global player in the payments market is looking for a Strategic Partnership Executive to work with the Strategy and Partnerships team to identify, prioritise and manage key strategic partnerships to support revenue growth.  This role will own some relationships but also act as support to the Strategic Partnerships Director for the region in managing a strategic partner. The post holder will also drive pilots of these new partnerships, working as part of the team that manages the complete life cycle of a partner from concept through to market launch and post implementation. 

Experience in a similar sales or business development environment is required at the same level of seniority within a project/program management environment. The role holder will ideally have experience of working in a consumer-facing arena focusing on a specific community sector. In addition, proven ability to gain trust from partners, internally and externally and to move from concepts to reality is required. 

Excellent negotiation skills and experience of influencing stakeholders at a senior level and effectively managing expectations is key.  Payments/retail financial services sector experience would be highly advantageous as would fluency in a second language (French, Spanish, Italian, German or Chinese).
