Senior Product Strategy & Marketing Manager

A FTSE 100 Financial Services company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Strategy & Marketing Manager to join their European Consumer team where they will be responsible for creating strategic frameworks for stakeholders to work within, along with delivering strategic projects in relation to new product development and strategic marketing planning. Breaking this down you will create and articulate product line strategy and proposition frameworks across all of the company's consumer businesses as well as work with commercial teams across all European geographies to embed new product strategy initiatives into appropriate campaign planning activity to ensure effective go to market strategies. In addition you will work in close collaboration with business unit, customer experience and central marketing office colleagues to assist in the development of both short and medium term marketing strategies to support the strategic business unit's commercial and customer aspirations.

To be considered for this role you will have the ability to think strategically by applying market, customer & competitor insight. Your stakeholder and influencing skills will be second to none with the ability to lead groups of peers without receiving clear delegated ideas through being able to persuasively present ideas in multiple forms, especially in writing and before a group. You will have demonstrable experience of developing new products and taking them to market as well as experience of developing and delivering marketing & customer strategies into complex matrix organisations. Financial services experience is essential.
