Do you enjoy a challenge? A leading Financial Services brand is looking for a talented Senior eCommerce Manager to work with some of the most recognisable names on the British High Street.
Working within a framework of commercial partnerships you will manage a team of three to bring best in class customer journeys to a number of 3rd party branded sites. Working with corporate partner organisations you will design, develop and refine long term ecommerce strategies. Taking an analytical view of customer journeys from a number of sources you will identify and remove high drop out areas and enhance the general digital customer experience. You will have responsibility for budgets and for key hitting conversion targets. Additionally you will consider emerging channels including Social Media and Mobile.
Degree educated or with equivalent experience you will have a strong track record of delivering successful ecommerce strategies. Highly analytical and worked with consumer facing sites to deliver quote or sale targets, you will have experience in breaking customer journeys down to analyse them successfully. The role requires a competent team manager able to manage both internal and external relationships effectively. Experience of working in Financial Services will be highly beneficial.
