Hastings is an award winning Insurance company with a focus on developing its' staff and driving growth and is looking to recruit a Senior Aggregator Manager.
Responsible for managing the aggregator channel, you will lead a team of aggregator managers to maximise acquisitions through this channel. Working closely with internal partners and 3rd party suppliers, you will look to optimise existing relationships whilst seeking out new opportunities for growth through new aggregators and opportunities to reposition products effectively within existing sites as well as negotiating new site developments that promote the company's products more effectively.
Essential requirements are previous experience of managing relationships with senior level business partners or have worked for an aggregator site. You will be a graduate or have equivalent experience. Highly numerate you will understand how to maximise commercial agreements to create win/win scenarios. Proven experience of effective relationship/account management ideally within financial services will have allowed you to develop top class communication skills, as well as outstanding quantitative / analytical skills and attention to detail. Finally a knowledge of conversion tracking tools is essential.
