Proposition & Product Manager

A leading Financial Services company has an urgent role for an experienced Proposition & Product Manager to join their expanding Proposition and Product team.  The main purpose of the role will be to manage and develop the product portfolio and to deliver the associated P&L targets.

The successful candidate will create effective product management strategies which optimise return on investment, manage new and existing product development initiatives and manage the product range on a day to day basis, including pricing, promotion, distribution and lifecycle management.  The role is consumer focused and will include a portfolio of key well established products as well as development opportunities. 

The ideal candidate will come from a blue chip financial services/banking environment (although other industry backgrounds will be considered) with a proven track record of responsibility for a consumer product portfolio. 

Experience of product strategy and portfolio development together with experience of managing large multiple complex projects is also required.  Applicants must be able to demonstrate end-to-end proposition lifecycle management or product development experience and must be analytical and commercially aware.
