A global premium brand within the Financial Services space has an exciting opportunity for a Product Development Executive to join their newly created Product Development team. The team are responsible for developing and delivering a vast array of end to end pre-pay products in EMEA over the next few years.
In this role you will assist with the development of Pre-Paid product blueprints including pricing, benefits, functionalities and a comprehensive servicing experience. You will translate the customer experience into actionable business needs and technology requirements as well as participate in extended and extensive cross-functional teams to conceptualise, define, analyse, design, build, test & launch new Pre-Paid products within tight timelines.
To be considered for this role you will have experience of working with global, regional and local market teams. You will possess strong interpersonal skills at all levels with a positive can to attitude and a passion for product development. You will be a passionate customer advocate with the ability to identify and fulfil customer product needs and be able to demonstrate experience in participating in extensive cross-functional teams with a proven ability to build robust collaborative, trusting relationships in a matrix environment. Candidates with Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail and Leisure/Travel industry backgrounds are welcome.
