Role responsibilities include:
-Working with the Marketing Development Team Manager, the business sponsor and the Online Channel Manager to identify a strategy for e-commerce.- Identify a clear vision and operating model to facilitate prioritisation of initiatives and plans for delivery in line with the overall business strategy.- Ensuring that online activity is fully integrated across all distribution channels.- Actively managing web projects and initiatives, brining together relevant expertise from across the business, in order to scope requirements, ensure planning and implementation and proactively manage risks and issues.
The successful candidate will ideally be from a Financial Services background but it is not essential. You will need a high level of Online Marketing Experience (at both a strategic and tactical level). Similarly, you will need to have proven project management experience and a good understanding of the customer value chain. Strong Communications skills are essential.
