Marketing Manager

A luxury builder of private retirement homes and flats in the UK has an exciting opportunity for a first class Marketing Manager to join their team and drive their ambitious growth plans forward.

In this role you will provide marketing support to launch brand new sites as well work with existing sites on tailored marketing plans. You will have both the opportunity to work at a strategic level as well as the delivery on the ground. Offline activities will include production of collateral, direct mail, management of a PR agency and strategy development. The online activities will include e-communications, writing compelling website content and development of a social media strategy. You will also have the opportunity to monitor market trends and identify potential new product or service areas, based upon consumer needs and spending habits.

To be considered for this role you will possess at least three years marketing experience across online and offline channels. Strong commercial acumen and proven experience of delivering multi channel marketing campaigns are required. You must also be comfortable working at both a detailed and strategic level.
