A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join a leading financial holdings company.
As the UK’s largest owner of “closed” Life Funds, the company comprises of eight life companies as well as a very prominent asset manager. As they continue to grow their investor and marketing activity they have created the post of Investor Relations Manager to work closely with the Head of Investor Relations to develop and deliver an effective internal and external investor relations function.
In this post, you will have regular interface with analysts and investors, advising on financial modelling, agreeing City positioning, providing answers to analyst queries, and reviewing/reverting on broker research. Internally, you will also undertake shareholder register analysis, develop and manage the annual IR programme of activity, project manage investor/analyst events and develop strong working relationships with key contacts across the business.
We are looking for a sophisticated and polished Investor Relations professional, ideally with experience within the insurance or financial services industry. You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of financial reporting and valuation methodologies, along with the ability to operate at the most senior level across a large, complex company. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role.
