Investor Relations Coordinator

This leading FTSE 100 property investment company is looking for an ambitious Investor Relations Coordinator to join their growing Investor Relations team. This is an excellent opportunity to take your career within Investor Relations to the next level.

In this dynamic and varied role, you will be involved variety of activities in support of the investor relations communications strategy. Specifically you will be responsible for organising road show logistics and coordinating and staging results presentations, conferences and events; compile senior management briefing notes for investor meetings; researching potential investors; coordinating property tours and investor days; and maintaining the IR contact database. You will also provide some day-to-day administrative support to the Head of IR. Reporting into the Head of Investor Relations and working closely with the Investor Relations Manager, you will have significant interaction with colleagues across the organisation, including the CEO and CFO.

As the ideal candidate, you will have some experience of working in an investor relations capacity, particularly in coordinating road shows, investor meetings and events. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and build their career in Investor Relations - as this is a new role within the company there is tremendous scope for this role to develop over time. You are also keenly organised, and have outstanding project and stakeholder management skills.
