This leading B2B manufacturing company is looking for an experienced communications professional to join the central team during an exciting time of growth.
In this varied role, your primary responsibility will be to take the lead on the company's internal communications programme, with some elements of external communications as well. The company is looking to significantly improve and re-vamp its approach to internal communications - looking across various media channels to boost employee participation and engagement, across multiple international geographies. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Communications, Marketing Director and CEO/CFO in building this strategy and achieving these goals. You will also be involved with various PR/external communications initiatives, as part of a tight-knit central communications team.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong track record of best-practice internal communications within a corporate environment. Some PR/External Communications experience would be helpful, but not essential. You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge
As the ideal candidate, you have a demonstrable track record of both strategic and hands-on internal communications within a corporate environment. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong project management proficiency with an ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. You will have a good understanding of internal communications tools and concepts (i.e. intranet, Web 2.0, webinars, print/publishing, events), and also can demonstrate your ability to grow beyond pure internal comms into some external communications work as well. Most importantly you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of developing new internal communications strategies and driving plans forward during a time of corporate change.
