This newly created role, reporting into the Marketing & Strategy Director will work across Rentokil Pest Control & Rentokil Initial Group.
Developing best in class practices, you will be tasked with coordinating the delivery and consistency of Marketing Services across Brand, Communications, PR, Direct Marketing & Market Research. Additionally you will oversee and develop the NPS Customer Satisfaction programme and ensure a consistent approach to Sales & Marketing Planning across the Group.
To be successful, you will have extensive international B2B marketing experience within a complex matrix environment. With strong programme & project management skills you will have significant experience in building relationships and facilitating projects across organisational and international boundaries. Additional European languages would be highly advantageous.
