Exceptional senior opportunity to join a major B2B Financial Services organisation at a hugely exciting period of change and development. This high profile Head of Marketing role would see you lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies and plans that help achieve commercial business objectives and positively influence experience and perception of the brand.

With responsibilities extending across all insurance products, the Head of Marketing will shape the marketing agenda and approach to marketing planning and customer acquisition. Championing a customer-centric culture and ensuring that all marketing activities deliver excellent ROI you will contribute to the delivery of new products and services that comply with relevant legislation and FSA requirements. You will also oversee continued digital development and work closely with operational teams to ensure effective delivery of products.

We're looking for an experienced Financial Services marketer with a wealth of experience of building marketing strategies and plans that are delivered across multiple channels across the market mix. This role will help take the group in a new direction and hence applicants must have gravitas, drive and a genuine entrepreneurial spirit. You must have held senior positions previously which have included budget responsibility and people management. This role demands an inspiration and transformational individual who is highly numerate and commercially focussed.
