Head of Account Management

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Account Management to join a dynamic and flexible solutions provider of health, travel, income protection and legal expenses insurance services to a range of blue chip companies via white label arrangements.

Based on an expanding portfolio following a recent acquisition and strong growth projections the business is seeking an energised professional to manage the account team, focusing on the client and end customer, to deliver incremental income and growth for the UK business across all product lines.

In this role you will be accountable for a portfolio of clients, both new and existing, with the purpose of retaining the current business and expanding the relationship through the integration and on boarding of new products. The overall objective is the delivery of incremental revenue to both the client and the business through superior customer service and client account management. You will act as the key contact for all client interactions in managing and executing the overall client strategy, leveraging subject matter experts when necessary from across the business.
