A leading global payments company has an exciting role for a fluent German speaking Marketing Manager to join their Brand team where they will focus on the German and Swiss markets. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Northern Europe you will be accountable for developing, implementing and measuring national communication activities/plans as well as client specific solutions. You will liaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing Planning & Country Managers) to agree the optimal approach for each market as well as develop, manage, lead and implement relevant communications activities. In line with this you will translate marketing objectives into clear communication plans and implement pan-European campaigns in the local markets, ensuring that adapted plans are tailored for local needs. Managing a budget of approximately 10 million Euros you will manage and guide the development and implementation of media plans, ensuring optimal budget deployment across channels and optimal target audience reach and impact.
To be considered for this role you will be a fluent German speaker. You will have proven and demonstrable experience in the main disciplines of brand management & communications, including ATL & BTL communications and new media planning. A strong understanding of traditional and innovative media/communications channels is essential as is the ability to evaluate local media plans against briefs and the central media strategy. Strong budget management skills are required as well as the flexibility to travel frequently. Candidates from Financial Services, FMCG, Telecommunications and Advertising industries are welcome.
