A leading telecoms business based in Central London is looking for a E-Commerce Delivery Manager to manage the eCommerce delivery plan, and the flow of work through the teams involved in this online channel. These include Sales, User Experience and Technical Development.
You will manage the flow of project work through the team, the translation of briefs into detailed eCommerce requirements and the resource owners to fit indiviual project plans into the schedule. This role is all about pulling together the strands of cross-functional online delivery in a customer focused and commercially driven enviroment. Bearing this in mind cross-functional/ matrix management and experience of eCommerce is essential. Experience of project management techniques including planning, resource allocation, prioritisation, evaluation and collaboration would be useful.
