A household retail brand has an exiting opening for a Communications Executive to join on an initial 6 month contract and manage all customer facing communications.
You will be responsible for owing communications using various online and offline channels including direct mail, door drops, in store, email and SMS to increase customer loyalty and maximise sales objectives. This is an instrumental role where you will also manage the production and coordination of creatives, ensure that correct customers are targeted and analyse the effectiveness of the campaigns.
The successful candidate must have experience in delivering direct mail campaigns/communications and will ideally be from a retail background.
