A growing and successful British Insurance Broker looking to recruit a talented Digital Marketing Manager.

As Digital Marketing Manager you will own the digital marketing strategy. Managing a team of three you will work to deliver agreed cost per acquisition targets. Managing agencies to deliver SEO,PPC, Advertising, Affiliate and Aggregator channels and internal stakeholders you will deliver best in class digital campaigns. Digital marketing is a key channel for the business and you will take full responsibility for the company website. This will include all content and usability as well as social media.

Degree educated with a CIM qualification or with equivalent experience you will have previously worked in an FSA regulated environment. Your considerable agency and stakeholder management experience will reflect your excellent interpersonal skills. These communication skills will also enable you to deliver clear, concise and innovative briefs for digital campaigns. They will also allow you to effectively integrate your work with the wider team. You will have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets and skill with digital analytics will allow you to evaluate and refine campaigns. You also must have experience of managing a team.
