A successful financial services company currently has an exciting new role for a Digital Channel Manager to join the Marketing Distribution team. In this role you will have the opportunity to define, develop and lead the delivery of online marketing strategies, ensuring the approach and implementation is aligned to both the company and the wider group’s strategic and commercial objectives for acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have high level online marketing communications experience, at both a strategic and tactical level, extensive experience in devising and delivering strategic plans and meeting business objectives as well as extensive experience of improving usability of websites and driving improved conversion. A track record in financial services would be an advantage. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a team is required.
