Customer Strategy and Planning Manager

One of the world's leading banks requires a Customer Strategy and Planning Manager to join its Global Business Solutions division. Reporting to the Senior Customer Strategy and Planning Manager this is a terrific opportunity to embark on a career with one of the top brands in global business.

In this role you will support the development of the division's marketing and strategy plans for the short and mid-term with business stakeholders. You will develop a fully integrated marketing strategy from customer insight information and develop creative briefs for marketing communications campaigns. You will ensure marketing activity corresponds to the annual marketing plan and report to stakeholders on this progress. Your role will also entail briefing agencies, reviewing copy and managing costs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven strong track record in delivering marketing strategy, sound research methodology and insight generation. You will be experienced in delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns across different stakeholders and businesses. You will bring strong verbal and written communications skills and a strong track record in budget management.
