Customer Insight Analyst

One of the world's leading Wealth Managers is seeking a Customer Insight Analyst to join its Commercial Management Team. Reporting to the Client Insight Manager this is a terrific opportunity to join a globally-renowned name.

Your day-to-day activities will include segmentation, analysis, modelling and data-mining to provide leads and insight to further the business objectives. You will generate insight from client behaviour and product use to influence management and key-stakeholder thinking whilst identifying new data sources and leading the industry in techniques used. You will develop strong relationships in this high-performance environment ensuring the business can be a world-leader in analytics. Your remit will include selecting clients for direct marketing targeting including designing and building the required targeting and ensuring the results can be measured and used. In addition you will be involved in the company's CRM activity, supporting and contributing to end-to-end projects being a consultant for these projects.

The ideal candidate will be educated to good degree standard or equivalent with a relevant professional qualification. You will have extensive experience working in a CRM or insight team and will have an in-depth knowledge of database marketing. You will be an advanced user of data manipulation and software programmes such as SQL, Excel, Access and SAS. This role requires a good understanding of Data Protection and privacy with good written and verbal communication, coupled with excellent problem solving skills.
