A leading travel company have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious CRM Operations Assistant. In the role you will assist with the data selection and management of retention marketing campaigns.
As the successful CRM Operations Assistant you will take strategies developed by internal and external clients and informed through the company's Analyst team and will be responsible for the accuracy and effectiveness of assigned campaigns. This will involve data extractions, ensuring data resources are properly exploited, setting up campaigns, handling management tools and providing post campaign reports. Over time, you will also be expected to develop the knowledge to be able to drive best practice improvement of campaigns.
You must have previous experience in a marketing environment and a strong attention to detail. Experience using a campaign management or email marketing tool would also be desirable, as would experience using database reporting tools such as Business Objects, SQL or Smart FOCUS.
