This innovative design-led engineering consultancy has a reputation for excellence both in the UK and Internationally. Having entered 2012 in a strong market position and, following a recent team restructure, they are now looking for a Business Development and Marketing Co-ordinator to immediately join the impressive business on a 3 month contract.
Reporting into and working closely with the Business Development Manager you will support marketing and business development activities including drafting communications, research, managing and coordinating events, PR and award submissions. With a keen eye for detail you will ensure that CRM best practice is adhered to including coordinating client feedback and activity evaluations.
Bid coordination is a crucial part of this role and you must have previous experience in the bid/tender process.
You will already have some bid and tender experience, including requests for proposals (RFP), pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ) and invites to tender (ITT) and will possess project management skills along with excellent communication skills. The team prides themselves on their collaborative effort within their specialisms. As such, you must be a team player, resourceful and be willing to go the extra mile. You will have a keen eye for detail with an exceptional command of the English language. Your passion for design and architecture will be evident in your creative flair and you will have hands-on experience of In-design. Architecture or construction sector experience will be particularly advantageous, although excellent candidates from other Professional Services sector backgrounds are encouraged to apply. This role is an immediate start so will be filled quickly.
