One of the most successful FTSE100 Business and Consumer services organisation is currently seeking a talented Brand Marketing professional to join their vibrant team in central London.

This role reports to the Head of Brand and Creative and sits within a large department of around 40 marketers. You would be responsible for supporting the growth of the consumer business through developing, executing and managing a brand marketing strategy that increases positive brand perception, consideration and awareness. This will include:

  • Working with stakeholders in defining an insight driven communications strategy which identifies target audience, why, their behaviours, what is important to them and why they need to care about the product
  • Defining the communications and messaging framework on a quarterly basis and communicating to the business
  • Proactively working to embed the communications strategy and identify opportunities to enhance current communications within the whole customer journey
  • Effectively developing campaign briefs, based on the overarching brand strategy and business objectives to achieve buy in from internal stakeholders
  • Successfully manage agencies and the business through the delivery of the campaign concept to meet timelines and budgets to brief
  • Creative development of key brand assets and ATL comms including television, radio, online video content and apps
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management and business sign-off and governance is adhered to
  • Managing scheduling, budgeting and delivery of delegated campaigns
  • Provide insight, analysis and key learning at the end of delivered campaigns
  • Acting as the key point of brand governance on all communications material across the business
  • In relation to the above, to agree and develop key processes and outputs to enable the successful working relationship between the Brand and Comms team and other areas of the business. Ensuring an agreed process, outputs and working model is defined and managed.
  • Facilitate and drive performance management processes
  • Champion a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the business
