This is an excellent organisation with a good reputation in its market with the majority of their products being marketed to B2B retailers and professionals within the building industry.
Based in Stoke the overall focus of the role is to manage both the branded and private label products across the entire marketing & product mix to drive growth of the product portfolio through multiple channels to market.
This will involve everything from pricing, NPD, product, brand & range management, marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns and plans (on and offline), creation of point of sale material and analysis and reporting. You will be exposed to staff and budget management with a real sense of ownership within the organisation.
For this role we are looking for an individual who has a track record in developing and delivering new products as well as creative and effective integrated marketing and brand campaigns in a related industry. Previous experience in people management would be ideal but we also welcome individuals with the capacity to step into this part of a role.
