One of the most creative global financial services brands has an exciting opportunity for a Proposition Marketing Manager to join their B2B team where they will deliver key marketing programmes to drive the acquisition & activation of medium and large business through their growing channel partner network. This role will also be responsible for developing and supporting all key merchant value propositions and products.
You will be the key interface with the product team and business development teams, responsible for driving communications programmes to support product acquisition and growth targets. You will create, manage and execute a scalable end to end channel marketing programme that provides structured, tiered marketing support for different partner categories including all reporting and performance optimisation. Further to this you will work with strategic partners to develop and execute an ongoing offer and promotions calendar to drive acquisition and activation of merchants as well as develop all supporting partner communications including partner packs, online communications, sales & events collateral.
To be considered for this role you will have substantial proposition/product marketing experience, acquisition direct marketing experience and partner marketing experience. In addition you will be results orientated with proven analytical ability and a strong digital background. B2B experience is highly desirable.
