A growing UK full service marketing agency with a unique proposition and a specialism in the Investment Management sector is looking for a confident Account Director to help them expand their operations.
In this newly created position, the Account Director will work closely with the Board with the objective of helping them to grow the business by building the client base and winning more business from existing Blue Chip investment clients. They will be highly effective in winning and taking briefs from clients, writing detailed proposals, giving presentations and ensuring the work is carried out to the highest standards and delivered on time and within budget.
They will also take responsibility for developing a mutually profitable relationship with individual clients and help to develop a team under them to deliver this.
This is an important role and requires someone to be highly self motivated and have the knowledge and experience necessary to deal with asset management companies at an executive level. The candidate will already enjoy a good reputation for looking after asset management clients and be used to networking within the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of asset management businesses, perhaps learnt from experience working in-house. They would also have developed a strong sense of commercial acumen having worked within a successful agency environment at an Account Director level.
